Carrollton and Smithfield Joint Ruritan Club meeting installs new officers
The Carrollton Ruritan Club and the Smithfield Ruritan Club conducted a joint meeting at the Smithfield Station. Spouses were invited to the special event which included the installation of officers for the two clubs for 2009. Donald Worrell, incoming president of Ruritan National, installed the new officers.
